Career Opportunities : On-Campus Recruiting

Companies that participate in on-campus recruiting use Eller facilities to conduct their first round interviews. Interviews are held in the Eller MBA Program interview rooms located in McClelland Hall Room 210.
The interview schedules are managed via Wildcat JobLink — access this system to view interview schedules and sign up for interviews.
Company Presentations
Many companies conduct company presentations as a way to introduce you to their organizations, cultures, and opportunities for MBAs. These presentations are coordinated with Office of Career Development, and students are notified as presentations are scheduled. Information about presentations can also be found in Wildcat JobLink.
Receptions and Dinners
Companies that participate in on-campus recruiting may also invite students that they are interested to dinner and/or a reception that precedes the interview date.
These dinners and receptions are opportunities for you to learn more about the company and interact directly with recruiters and hiring managers in an environment that permits for longer conversations.
Typically, company representatives coordinate these events and students are contacted directly by a representative. At times, the Office of Career Development is involved in the coordination and students will be notified by the Office of Career Development on behalf of the organization.
