The Eller Evening MBA is designed to leverage classroom time by condensing courses into 1-12 week sessions depending on the complexity of the material. All sessions are Monday evening unless otherwise indicated:

The detailed assessment and discovery process through which managers learn more about their specific leadership strengths as well as areas for development. The process leads to the creation of a learning plan to support the rest of the EvMBA experience, a guide for developing qualities specifically oriented around innovation and change management: empowerment, motivation and techniques for effectively building cohesive teams. |
