Malcolm C. Persen has been chief financial officer, vice president of finance, and secretary of Radyne since April 2004.
From 2002 until joining Radyne, Persen served as the chief financial officer for DW Acquisitions, a private equity partnership involved in the acquisition and operation of direct-mail and marketing businesses. From June of 1999 until July of 2002, Persen was employed as director of finance for Avnet, Inc, a distributor of electronic components and computer systems, and prior to that, was a senior manager with the consultancy, Arthur D. Little, where he worked with a global portfolio of clients primarily involved with corporate level strategy development and execution. Persen has also worked for Mercer Management Consulting and as an independent financial consultant to emerging businesses.
He holds a B.A. in political economics from The Colorado College and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
