Russell Cropanzano
Brian Lesk Professor in Organizational Behavior
Department of Management and Organizations
Dr. Russell Cropanzano (Ph.D., Purdue University) is the Brian Lesk Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Department of Management and Organizations at The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. His research focuses on perceptions of organizational justice as well as on the experience and impact of workplace emotion. Cropanzano is currently the former editor of the Journal of Management and is a former associate editor for Social Justice Research. He has served on the editorial review boards of the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He has edited or authored five books, presented over 60 papers, and published roughly 80 scholarly articles and chapters.
Cropanzano is a fellow in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and representative-at-large for the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management. In addition, he is a coauthor (with Robert Folger) of the book Organizational Justice and Human Resources Management, which won the 1998 Book Award from the International Association of Conflict Management. Cropanzano was also a winner of the 2000 Outstanding Paper Award from the Consulting Psychology Journal.
