Robert Unterberger

Bob Unterberger has extensive corporate experience developed over a long career in industry. Prior to joining the Eller College of Management as an adjunct faculty member, Unterberger established a reputation as a visionary change agent with extensive design, development, manufacturing, and marketing experience in the digital information industry. His responsibilities included managing multi-thousand person organizations, multinational development, manufacturing and sales facilities, and budgets in excess of a billion dollars.
Unterberger is currently the president and CEO of AzTek Consulting Associates, LLC, and previously served as president and corporate officer for Eastman Kodak and general manager of IBM Corporation. He actively serves on several boards of directors, including Optica Technologies, Inc.; Inqutek, Inc.; and LightSharp, LLC. He has also provided leadership to numerous educational and nonprofit enterprises, including The University of Arizona's College of Engineering, The University of Arizona Foundation, the University of Minnesota Foundation, United Way of Tucson, and Action for Children in Rochester, Minnesota.
Unterberger is an executive-in-residence at the Eller College of Management and teaches several courses to MBA students in the Full-Time, Evening, and Executive MBA programs. He was named MBA Faculty of the Year in 2008.
