In many ways, the Eller Executive MBA delivers exactly what you would expect from a graduate management program: potential for career advancement, greater knowledge, and skills you can transfer to your career. In other ways, our program is distinct, incorporating elements that we believe create a more meaningful learning opportunity.

Advancement

The Eller Executive MBA delivers more than a degree. It gives you the knowledge to take on greater responsibilities in your current career path or branch out in new directions, confident in your abilities to succeed. With new tools and understandings, you can significantly increase your salary, your responsibilities, and your contribution to your organization.

Convenience

Unlike traditional MBA programs, the Eller Executive MBA structure — with classes meeting alternating weekends — enables you to build your professional capacity without putting your career on hold for two years. At 16 months, the Eller Executive MBA is significantly shorter than traditional MBAs and other executive programs.

Expertise

Success in today's economy requires precise competitive positioning, accurate forecasting and valuation, and the ability to anticipate fluid constraints and opportunities in the market. Technology expands possibilities with exponential speed, and the ability to spark and manage innovation can lift or sink an organization. The Eller Executive MBA gives already accomplished professionals the tools to face and overcome today's formidable business challenges.

Community

We believe that executives in an MBA program can learn an amazing amount from each other in addition to what they learn from professors. For that reason, we designed the Eller Executive MBA as a residential program unlike many other programs. A 7-day initial session on The University of Arizona campus builds connections from day one. From then on, students attend classes on Fridays and Saturdays, staying on site in Phoenix overnight, sharing lunches, dinners and free time every other weekend. Many students comment that the close-knit community that develops through the course of the program is one of its greatest strengths.
