Diza Sauers

Diza Sauers has taught communication in its various practices at The University of Arizona for the past 15 years.

Currently, as the assistant director of the Business Communication program, she oversees the development and execution of the MBA core communication courses, serves as an Entrepreneurship Faculty Fellow, and supports both graduate and undergraduate experiential learning initiatives as a communication consultant.

Diza Sauers on her managerial communication course:

This course focuses on the individual's acquisition of critical components for managerial success through a series of calibrated skills-based workshops, simulations, intensive individualized coaching, and leadership speaker series. We partner with both the Office of Career Development and the Experiential Learning Program to position students more effectively and integrate key career development initiatives into the course experience. This synergistic approach provides students with the support to exit their first semester with key milestones in place and poised for success with their field work project.
