MBA Dual Degrees in Science and Technology
Accelerated dual-degrees will train you in transformational thinking, so that you re-enter the professional world with a powerful competitive advantage: the integrated education to be a value-creator and innovator in whatever career path you choose.
In the accelerated dual-degree program, your MBA studies emphasize business foundations, advanced business, specialized entrepreneurship, and coursework designed for professionals in the business of science.
With only two years of study, you will leave the program with the leadership and business skills of an MBA plus a master’s of science degree in a specific knowledge domain and an optional certification from the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship at the Eller College.
Program Requirements
Year 1
Traditional MBA core courses + 1 or 2 courses that leverage professional expertise and experience.
Summer
Complete an Entrepreneurial Principles and Environments Course for credit as well as work on your Master of Science Thesis or Report.
Year 2
Electives to meet graduation requirements for both colleges + optional completion of entrepreneurship certification courses/activities. Program admission to the McGuire Center for the entrepreneurship certification is automatic.
