| Cologne, Germany and the University of Cologne
The city of Cologne’s location on the Rhine River contributed to its history as a multicultural, dynamic center for the development of trade, science, and the media. The city’s rich heritage of arts and culture includes significant examples of Romanesque architecture and the gothic cathedral, a famous landmark and tourist attraction.
The University of Cologne is one of the largest in Germany, with seven faculties and approximately 45,000 students.
The Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences is a member of the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS), a network of 17 leading management schools and more than 60 international corporations. That partnership provides a cross-national platform for joint course development and teaching, interdisciplinary research projects, and faculty and student exchanges.
