The University of Lyon Lyon is France’s second largest city with a population of 1.5 million, located in the heart of the beautiful Rhône-Alpes Region, just 2 hours from Paris, Geneva, Milan, and Barcelona. The Université Jean Moulin – Lyon 3 is part of the University of Lyon, a network of six institutions. The Business School is one of the largest in France, educating more than 5,000 students a year, one third of which are international. At the University of Lyon Business and Management School, Eller MBA students are able to participate in a new graduate-level program with a strong international focus:
  

European Business Realities Program

• Eller students take Term 2 in Fall or Spring of their second year
• Fall Semester: September to December
• Spring Semester: January to May
• Term offers 13.5 units, including a mini-thesis, plus 1.5 units of Business French transferable to the UA but not to the MBA

Students who are interested in a summer-only exchange can apply to the Euro-MBA program. This option presents a number of challenges, however, and students are asked to make an advising appointment with Linda Erasmus before applying.
 

Euro-MBA Program

• Eller students take Term 3 (last 6 weeks of the program - approximately the beginning of May to the end of June) and Term 4 (field project during the summer).
• Term 3 offers 9 units applicable to the MBA, plus 1.5 units of Business French transferable to the UA but not to the MBA
• Term 4 offers approximately 7.5 units transfer credit substituting for the MBA capstone course
    

For both programs, classes are taught in English, but students should take French 101 and/or 102 beforehand to prepare for the Business French requirement.
