The University of Southern Denmark is a member of the EMBS consortium, a multilateral partnership of EU institutions of higher education whose aim is to promote the integration of high quality management education in Europe. It is the third largest university in Denmark with nearly 15,000 full-time students on its four campuses at Odense, Sønderborg, Kolding, and Esbjerg. The university conducts advanced research in four faculties and offers courses – many in English - in 50 subject areas, leading to degrees at bachelor, master and doctoral level.

Please note: Applicants need to have at least three years of undergraduate Business courses prior to be admissible.
Master of Science in Business Administration - International Management
This program, offered at the University of Southern Denmark campus in Odense, focuses on the challenges of management and marketing within the European economic and political environment. The international focus and interdisciplinary curriculum provide a broad foundation for students interested in pursuing a career in international business.

Formalities for Foreign Nationals Traveling to Denmark
The following summarizes some main points. View detailed information.
- Non-EU citizens must contact a Danish Consulate General or Embassy to determine whether they need a visa to enter Denmark. It is each student’s responsibility to obtain the necessary visas and permits.
- All visitors, including EU citizens, must apply for a residence permit if staying in Denmark longer than three months.
- Non-EU citizens who plan to stay in Denmark longer than 3 months must apply for a residence permit 2-5 months prior to departing for Denmark.
- EU citizens and nationals of Nordic countries do not require a visa or a work permit. All others who wish to work in Denmark must apply for a work permit prior to entering Denmark.
- Medical treatment:
- Please note that UA student health insurance does not cover students while studying abroad.
- Non-EU citizens who do not have a residence permit are not covered by the Danish Health Insurance Scheme and must acquire personal medical insurance prior to their visit.
- Non-EU citizens who do have a residence permit will be covered by the Danish Health Insurance Scheme after six weeks of their arrival, and must obtain personal medical insurance coverage for the interim.
