The Eller MBA Office of Career Development facilitates both the internship and full-time recruiting processes.
Our team works directly with recruiters to obtain employment opportunities and communicate them to our students as well as organize the interview schedules and associated logistics and details if so desired.
We host companies while on campus and make our interview rooms and related services available to you during your visit.

MBA students begin interviewing for full-time employment opportunities in September of their second year. While they begin interviewing in September, they are not expected to start working with the hiring organization until after their May graduation the following year.
We continue to accept and coordinate interview scheduling for full-time employment opportunities beyond November to accommodate students.
First-year MBA students intern during the summer between their first and second years in the program. These students begin to interview for internship opportunities in their first year, beginning in fall and continuing through the spring semester.
Job, internship, and other employment opportunities may be posted through The University of Arizona Career Services. If you are interested in recruiting MBA students, please contact:

Employers will not discriminate in the selection of employees on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law
We do not release student grades to prospective employers. If you would like a copy of a student’s transcripts or GPA, you may ask her/him directly.
Eller MBAs who miss on-campus interviews or cancel with less than 48 hours notice are suspended from on-campus recruiting and must complete a formal penalty process to be reinstated. Please tell us immediately if your candidates fail to appear.
We ask that you allow a minimum of two weeks for candidates to consider and respond to both full-time employment and internship offers.
The Eller MBA Program offers a credit-bearing elective course enabling international MBAs with F-1 visas to pursue summer internships in the U.S. This allows you to offer a summer internship to an international MBA without wage restrictions. A similar program is available for those with J-1 visas. If you have any questions about hiring our international MBAs, please contact our office.
